Finding himself inspired by this beloved Marian text, Fisher has crafted a compelling original melody and arrangement; cascading eighth notes and occasional hemiolas in the keyboard part generate a subtle forward drive to the beautifully lilting triple-time melody. Unison verses split into SATB choral parts for the lengthy but memorable refrain, encouraging assembly participation. A guitar accompaniment is also included.
